Award-winning Elvis & Kresse create stunning lifestyle accessories by re-invigorating seemingly useless waste. The pioneering Fire-Hose range is hand-made from de-commissioned British Fire Brigade hoses which, after a distinguished career fighting fires and saving lives, were otherwise destined for landfill. The Fire & Hide range also combines some of the 35,000 tonnes of leather waste produced in Europe each year - transforming and hand-weaving these scraps into components for beautiful, timeless accessories.
Elvis & Kresse was established to solve environmental problems, waste problems in particular. They re-distribute up to 50% of profits to projects and charities related to the unique materials they reclaim, and 50% of the profits from the fire hose range are donated to the Fire Fighters Charity.
